Safe at last, she’s discovering that people can be kind, life can be fun, and every day brings a new adventure. Tilly is everything a puppy should be—playful, affectionate, curious, and full of love. She has left her heartbreaking start behind her and is ready for the next chapter… one with a family who will never let her feel unwanted again. She is currently in Romania, but she can travel as soon as she has a committed adopter or foster waiting for her.
