Meet Tilly… the little girl who refused to let the world break her. 
At just 8 weeks old, tiny Tilly was found abandoned outside the shelter. She was shivering, crying, and completely alone. Someone had left this precious baby to fend for herself, but thankfully she was found before it was too late.
Fast forward to today, and this beautiful girl is now 4½ months old. Safe at last, she’s discovering that people can be kind, life can be fun, and every day brings a new adventure.
Tilly is everything a puppy should be—playful, affectionate, curious, and full of love. She has left her heartbreaking start behind her and is ready for the next chapter… one with a family who will never let her feel unwanted again.
She is currently in Romania, but she can travel as soon as she has a committed adopter or foster waiting for her. All she needs is someone to say, “She’s the one.”
