Currently in Glasgow. Winnie is a beautiful collie cross, she absolutely loves the outdoors. She is in her element when she can feel the grass on her paws & the wind on her fur. This girl would quite happily sit outside in the garden all day, with not a care in the world, relaxing. Winnie would be over the moon to find a forever home in a rural location so she could go for walks, run & play, it is everything she loves She would need to be in a home with another dog/dogs she loves the company & they are great for her confidence Winnie has come such a long way since her arrival in 2023, she has gone from a very scared overwhelmed puppy to a confident, very intelligent young lady With ongoing training & continuing the confidence building Winnie will go from strength to strength Winnie has the kindest heart, she has never shown aggression towards anyone ever at anytime & she has never once barked (only in her sleep ) She is described as a fantastic dog in so many ways, energetic and quirky- Full of character. Sue
Currently fostered in Sheffield. This adorable little girl is Sue, she is currently in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Sue has settled so well into foster with the resident dog, she would love to have a new brother or sister to play with. Such a very friendly puppy, she will follow you everywhere, like your shadow. She walks well on the lead, nothing has fazed her & she has taken to training really well. Sue really enjoys her walks & is great at meeting new people. Sue loves a good snuggle, with lots of strokes & belly rubs (the more the better!!) She has been left for short periods of time & she sleeps throughout the night. Sue likes to claim her toys in the house & hide them, like she is hoarding toys. Sue has been fantastic in foster, she has settled so well. She is loving her training & taking everything in her stride. Currently in Northampton. Would suit a calm home with dog training experience and boundaries. Murphy is an affectionate boy with velvety fur. He loves attention and playing with other dogs. Joey
Currently in Birchington, Kent. This little boy is Joey, he is just the cutest ball of white fluff. Joey is a boy who know what he likes from cuddles to his food He likes to be with his human, would you like a new shadow, a best friend to share your days with because with Joey you would definitely have that. Joey loves to be centre of attention he would be great living as the only dog. He is living with other dogs at his foster home, they do all get along very well but Joey likes to have a grumble if someone is getting more attention than him Joey has been working on his training & socialisation, he didn’t like going for walks so much because of his small size he was a little overwhelmed. With the training (which he enjoys) he is getting more & more confident each day to walk, he is slowly getting there Travels well in car and walks well on a lead/harness. Very wary of traffic if walked on the street. He has good recall. He is fine meeting people and small dogs, but can be a little reactive to larger and/or boisterous dogs. In foster with 2 other rescue dogs that he gets on with. He is very affectionate, and loves to snuggle up on the sofa, needs to be the centre of attention. He is learning to play with a soft toy or a ball. He knows the commands sit, wait and loves being groomed. He needs to be brushed regularly. Would suit as an only dog, or with another similar sized dog. He is fine being left for up to 2/3 hours. (Although would have been with the other dogs) Not sure how he is with cats or very young children! Overall Joey is a cracking little dog, he loves attention & spending time with you. He has such a great personality so he will be great company for you. Fostered in Wales. This big beautiful boy is Scooby, he is currently in foster in Ceredigion in Wales. Noodles
Fostered in Leeds. From her Foster Family Noodle is a very gentle, happy girl who loves attention she likes to be stroked and she loves her cuddles. Noodle is fully house trained, she lets you know when she wants to go out into the garden. She currently lives with our resident dogs & cats happily Noodle walks well on the lead she likes to go walking in the woods nearby, busy roads can distract her because she is deaf. Noodle gets on great with other dogs when out walking (with sensible introductions) she plays & explores. Noodle loves her food and she loves to play with her treats throwing them about before eating them. She is not a greedy dog and can eat her food in the same room as the other resident dogs. Noodle has grown to love her toys and can share them with the residents dogs, they all play together Noodle is so friendly with everyone she meets, she has always been fantastic with children too. You will forget Noodle is deaf because this does not affect her at all, we love her dearly. With time, lots of love & patience she will show you what a beautiful companion dog she is, she is such a character. We would have adopted Noodle but our resident dog is very needy & we want only the best for her.
