With a little understanding and encouragement, Joe will revel in the joys of home living and his beautiful personality will emerge….. we’ve seen it when he was in kennels!
Joe is searching for a kind and patient owner who can give him the time and quiet space needed to decompress. He needs access to a secure garden so he can still go outside regularly and ideally, a home with another dog who he can learn from and bond with.
